Precision, simplicity and quality have always been essential components defining Nicolas Baurain’s work, life and lifestyle.

Nicolas embraced an international career. He started his career in Paris, where he is originally from, and he was educated in the study of arts and fashion. After a successful work tenure in London, he was approached to work in New York, and later in Amsterdam.

Nicolas’ innovative and immersive approach to design has afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with multiple brands, with a range of various aesthetics, from luxury to contemporary. Among them: Carven, Alexander McQueen, Jimmy Choo, J.Mendel, Diane Von Furstenberg, Ralph Lauren, Karl Lagerfeld and Tumi.

With almost 20 years of successful design of his own or other existing labels, Nicolas’s contemporary hand and unique ability reinterpreting codes, while upholding the brand’s DNA, has made him a key asset with each collaboration.
